Job Summary
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs if authorized, and conduct multi-point inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication; document work on repair orders; maintain standard tools; participate in factory-sponsored training; contribute to a positive customer experience and drive loyalty. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of automotive technician experience; valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $65.00 per flat rate hour, with a combination of hourly and bonus pay; includes paid training, OEM certification support, and relocation assistance up to $400 for toolbox relocation.
