Job Summary
Experienced Line Cook at S&L Hospitality; set up workstation with needed ingredients, prepare ingredients using proper techniques, ensure proper plate presentation and order accuracy, follow health and safety policies, maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen workstation, and restock as needed. Requires prior hospitality/food service experience (2 years preferred), ability to lift up to 70 lbs, ability to stand and work for extended periods, and flexibility to work evenings.
