Job Summary
Experienced Line Cook at Brown Iron Brewhouse with focus on smokehouse cuisine and craft beers. Responsible for preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items while maintaining quality, consistency, and portion sizes; work in a fast-paced kitchen; keep a clean, sanitary station; participate in off-peak prep; contribute ideas in meetings. Must have strong communication with managers and staff, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking

- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
