Job Summary
Experienced Lead Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children (Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool) and to implement the LEAP Curriculum®. Responsibilities include fostering growth Mindset, delivering developmental activities, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment; communicating regularly with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions; collaborating with daycare leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals; building relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Qualifications include 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required), and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required); applicable state licensing requirements.
