Experienced Lead Restoration Technician

Job Summary
The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, and quality assurance while also providing hands-on work in mold remediation, water damage cleanup, and HVAC and dryer vent cleaning. This role entails managing documentation on projects, responding to emergency recovery situations, and ensuring all safety measures are enforced on job sites. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in home services or construction fields
- Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of basic PC operations
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Self-starter
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
