Job Summary
Lead a crew of technicians in emergency response to fire, water, storm, and mold damage, guiding the mitigation process from assessment to completion. Recruit and coach technicians, survey and document damage, manage cleaning and restoration of contents and structure, perform demolition with hand and power tools, conduct moisture inspections, operate RMS/Xactimate/MICA, create estimates, maintain vehicles and equipment, and communicate with customers. Must lead teams, work safely in hazardous environments, and participate in on-call schedule; requires strong customer service and technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
- Pass IICRC certifications as offered
