Job Summary
Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; delivering the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum; maintaining high standards of behavior management and child welfare; mentoring assistant teachers; communicating with parents about children's progress; collaborating with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals; and upholding safety and inclusivity practices in a center setting in Renton, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience with preschool-aged children (preferably with toddlers or infants)
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Background check clearance required
