Job Summary
Obtain experience in a wide spectrum of competition and antitrust matters, with particular emphasis on high-profile merger control cases in Greece, investigations, and state aid issues. Participate in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions and provide competition law advice to large national and multinational corporate clients. Apply relevant regulatory knowledge to everyday competition law compliance cases while working within world-wide workstreams with international legal teams. Required Qualifications
- qualification to act as a Greek lawyer through a Greek law degree and bar admission
- minimum 5 years of systematic and hands-on experience in competition
- advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- continuous learning and development mindset
- positive attitude and team-work spirit
- excellent English writing, drafting and oral skills
Desired Qualifications
- an LLM in fields related to EU and competition law
- working experience at the EU Directorate-General for Competition or the Hellenic Competition Commission
- experience in Corporate and M&A and/or TMT
