Job Summary
Prepare menu items using standardized recipes, oversee daily prep work, and maintain food safety while frying, baking signature rolls, and cooking specialty short order dishes. Train in specialty kitchen positions including Cook, Lead Prep, Fry Cook, Bread Cook, and Short Order to ensure consistency and quality. Requires two years of food service kitchen experience, ability to work Sunday lunch shifts, and standing for the majority of 7am to 3:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm day/night shifts. Required Qualifications
- 2 YEARS of experience in a food service kitchen
