Experienced Kia Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Job Summary
Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical or electrical work on Kia vehicles while maintaining factory-level standards for quality and safety. Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure accurate repair documentation and lead by example by mentoring mid-level technicians within a collaborative team. Participate in ongoing Kia training to stay current with evolving technology and contribute to a culture of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This four-day work week includes consistent scheduling, PTO starting Day 1, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a matched 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Import experience
- Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance
- Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
