Job Summary
Experienced Intermodal Operations Specialist with a focus on coordinating intermodal rail shipments, drayage, and customer service. Responsible for order entry, planning and scheduling, ensuring on-time pickups/deliveries, resolving issues, and collaborating with sales, operations, and procurement to align services with customer expectations. Must be able to manage relationships with shippers, carriers, rails, and internal teams, and contribute to a customer-obsessed, team-focused environment from Knichel Logistics’ Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. Relocation assistance and remote-work options available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in logistics, specifically intermodal customer service and operations
- proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple shipments
- strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
