Job Summary
Lead Infant Teacher role responsible for guiding an infant classroom (6 weeks–16 months) by creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences, maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, supporting daily care routines, and documenting developmental milestones. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members; demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and collaboration while supporting ongoing professional development and adherence to state licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with infants (6 weeks–16 months)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Availability to work within operating hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification
