Job Summary
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants, toddlers, or preschool children using the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum; apply a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning; communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via mobile apps and discussions; partner with daycare staff to support enrollment and engagement goals; build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment; participate in ongoing childcare training and professional development; provide a safe, nurturing setting where children can learn and play; contribute to a center's success through collaboration and leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
