Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for assigned infant classes by planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. Directly engage with children and parents to provide quality customer service, observe student interests, and collaborate with colleagues to develop an engaging curriculum. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Maintain smooth school operations while calmly addressing stressful situations and ensuring proper lifting capabilities for infant safety. No nights or weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of previous experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Meets background check eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Child Development Associate (CDA)
