Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations of assigned infant classes by planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. Directly engage with children and parents to provide quality customer service while observing interests to develop creative, engaging curriculum ideas. Communicate daily updates regarding children's progress and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Maintain smooth school operations by calmly addressing stressful situations while multi-tasking, ensuring proper lifting capabilities for infant safety. Work full-time with no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of previous experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Meets background check eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Child Development Associate (CDA)
