Dispatch directly from home to schedule residential HVAC service calls across Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. Perform installation, repair, and maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for loyal customers. Operate a fully-stocked service truck equipped with paid insurance, a gas card, and a tablet for paperless dispatching. Maintain integrity in all customer interactions while adhering to a flexible schedule with rotating on-call hours. Required Qualifications
- AT LEAST one year of residential HVAC technician experience
- Strong customer service skills
- A good command of English
- A valid driver's license
