Job Summary
Experienced HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and refrigeration components; performing routine maintenance and preventative services; providing clear customer communication on issues, costs, and timelines; maintaining thorough documentation; managing 5-6 service calls per day; adhering to safety standards; and collaborating with office staff. Requires EPA license, 5+ years in HVAC service (residential and light commercial), valid license, on-call availability, and ability to work independently with strong time management. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service roles, handling both residential and light commercial systems
- EPA License
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening test prior to employment
- Proven proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems, including expert knowledge of refrigerant, electrical, controls, and mechanical issues
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to work on call-rotation
- Good attitude & be a team player
- Keep truck inventory up to date
