Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial); perform routine maintenance and preventive services to ensure system longevity and efficiency. Communicate issues, anticipated costs, and work timelines to customers; advise on preventative maintenance plans. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations; accurately document all serviced work and maintain records. Manage a workload of 5-6 service calls per day and collaborate with the office. On-call rotation and team-based environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service roles, residential and light commercial systems
- EPA License
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening prior to employment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Capable of working independently with good time management to meet schedule and targets
- Must be able to work on-call rotation
- Must be able to work closely with office and complete necessary paperwork/record keeping
