Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including multi-zone equipment); educate customers on systems, set expectations, and provide top-tier service; identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue goals through accurate quotes for enhancements; act as a trusted advisor on high-efficiency equipment vs ongoing repairs; perform startups for residential and light commercial systems; maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams; coordinate with other trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors; keep the company truck stocked and organized; participate in meetings, trade shows, and team retreats.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
- EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification.
- Tools: basic tools, gauges, and meters.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean background/drug screen.
