Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding problems, solutions, and pricing, then document all diagnostics and completed work in the system. Work safely in tight residential spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, maintaining a clean vehicle and professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
