Job Summary
Retrofit HVAC systems by removing and reinstalling furnaces, air conditioners, and indoor air quality equipment. Fabricate duct on the jobsite, install indoor air quality products, and communicate installation information to proper personnel to support planning and execution. Provide excellent customer service and explain operation; demonstrate strong communication and technical skills throughout installation and retrofit duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- RMGA Certification
- Refrigerant Certification
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
