Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification a plus
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a variety of conditions
