Job Summary
Complete accurate, high-quality HVAC installations for residential, commercial, and refrigeration environments. Mentor installation helpers and support their growth while delivering excellent customer service at every job site. Ensure each work area is thoroughly cleaned before departure and maintain an organized installation vehicle. Notify management of maintenance needs to keep the team efficient and ready for the next project. Work standard hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This role is part of a company established in 1988 that specializes exclusively in heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems, with in-house sheet metal fabrication capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Connecticut HVAC trade license
- HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
- Respectful attitude and professional appearance
