Job Summary
Experienced HVAC Installer sought to join the Installations Department to assist in installing residential HVAC systems. Key duties include installing slim duct and condensate drain lines with proper slope, wiring control circuits, refrigerant piping, and line-sets with proper flaring; mounting indoor/evaporator units and condensers, installing thermostats, insulating piping, and charging systems under supervision. Must braze/solder and pressure test with nitrogen, understand refrigerant pressures, evacuations, and perform pumping down with supervision; read electrical diagrams/plans and understand layout of equipment; read plans, measurements, and use common tools. EPA Certification required; focus on safety, punctuality, and initiative; strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
