Job Summary
Lead HVAC installations, troubleshooting, and testing for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems across the Bloomington, Normal, Champaign, and Peoria markets. Develop apprentices and ensure every installation exceeds customer expectations. Requires EPA certification, NATE certification preferred, and a clean driving record. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $33 to $40 plus bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, profit-sharing, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Active driver's license
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience at a Heating and Air Conditioning company
- EPA certification
- Applicant must pass a background check
- Applicant must pass drug screening

- Commercial experience
