Full-time, year-round employment with no on-call rotation, offering a base salary up to $29/hr plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Qualified technicians receive sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification, along with 150 hours of annual training and a clear path to leadership promotion.
