Job Summary
Experienced Home Care Professionals sought for full-time positions in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Responsibilities include providing personal care, light housekeeping and laundry assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, transportation/errands, and assistance with exercises, along with memory care, companionship, and end-of-life/palliative care support. The role requires compassion, engagement with clients, reliability, and adherence to high standards of care; applicants should have 3-5 years of senior-care experience, pass a national background check and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license with insurance, and possess a high school diploma or GED. Flexible scheduling, training and support, and bi-weekly pay are offered; opportunities to join a growing, service-oriented team. The work location is multiple Baton Rouge-area sites with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience providing care for seniors
- Pass a national background check and drug test
- Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to use force of up to 50lb occasionally
- Proven history of reliability and timeliness
