Job Summary
Experienced Hire Recruiter supporting non-technical hires at Jane Street in our New York office. You will manage day-to-day candidate lifecycle, deliver white-glove service to candidates and internal teams, lead sourcing strategies across non-technical hiring areas, build pipelines, and help position the firm to attract top talent. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across teams, contribute fresh ideas to recruitment approaches, and participate in continuous learning and development. Travel to recruiting conferences and events is expected. The role emphasizes candidate management, interview coordination, sourcing optimization, and a proactive, self-driven approach to staffing across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Willing to travel throughout the year to recruiting conferences and events
- Strong communication with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities
- Curiosity about operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
