Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Scotty’s Contracting and Stone’s Heavy Civil Division. Operate large construction equipment (loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks, water trucks) and perform general labor (shoveling, sweeping, minor maintenance, and assisting with mechanical work) under Foreman direction with minimal supervision. Maintain safety by following company, local, and federal protocols; complete incident reports and site logs; work outdoors in all weather; participate in documentation and reporting; collaborate with crew to foster teamwork and professionalism. Must have three years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license (CDL anticipated); opportunity for growth and advancement within the company; EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (ESOP) participation mentioned as a future benefit. Required Qualifications
