Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment at WM recycling facilities (bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders) and perform routine inspections/maintenance; follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines; move materials and assist with site operations; demonstrate independent problem-solving and clear communication to support teammates; must meet 3 years of heavy equipment experience, be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule (possible overtime) at the Burnsville, MN site.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
