Collaborate with team members to support breeding, spawning, and rearing of oyster larvae while maintaining accurate records. Assist in the training and development of new technicians and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar hatchery environment
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and routine tasks with precision
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

- Ability to work additional shifts from time-to-time to assist in meeting production requirements
