Job Summary
Experienced Gutter Installer needed to install and service gutter systems (K-style and half-round) for exterior projects. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and team, working outdoors in all seasons, collaborating to ensure timely installations, participating in a skills ladder training program, and contributing to a positive work culture. Opportunity for leadership development within an established franchise known for growth and strong culture. Must be able to work overtime, be a team player, and maintain high standards of customer service while performing gutter installation and related exterior construction tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years gutter and/or exterior construction experience
- experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Willingness to work overtime
- Be a team player
- A desire to establish a positive work culture
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
