Role involves installing gutters (K-style and half round) for exterior construction, working outdoors in all weather, communicating with clients and team members, and contributing to a growth-focused culture. OT availability and a positive, collaborative attitude are emphasized, along with safety training such as OSHA certification or ladder safety.
Required Qualifications
- experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons

- Willingness to work overtime

- A desire to establish a positive work culture
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation
