Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment including excavators with hammers, GPS-controlled bulldozers, and CAT machinery while adhering to MSHA and H&K Safety policies. Perform daily pre and post trip inspections, fill out inspection sheets, and conduct routine maintenance such as lubricating and cleaning. Maintain smooth haul roads, properly bermed stockpiles, and ensure correct product blending. Provide excellent customer service to all site personnel. This role is based at Ft. Meade, MD for ongoing Mid-Atlantic projects, with a competitive salary commensurate with experience and company-paid health benefits.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
