Job Summary

Manage government and capital property, administer contract provisions for acquisition, control, use, care, reporting and disposition of property; assist in audits and process documentation; determine property requirements and create property records; coordinate with engineering and shop personnel; use property management tools to maintain accountability from acquisition to disposition; conduct physical inventories and ensure compliance with government regulations, contracts and corporate policy; verify property records and ensure servicing requirements are met; support scheduling and execution of service work per regulations and contracts; determine allowability, allocability, and utilization of property; assist with inventory adjustments, liability determinations, and title issues; handle basic property-related activities at contract completion; demonstrate strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
