Experienced General Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems. Complete routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire services while utilizing diagnostic equipment to accurately identify concerns. Document findings, test-drive vehicles to verify repairs, and maintain productivity standards by following safety policies and keeping the work area organized. Provide your own professional-grade tools and be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds in varying shop conditions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Previous experience at an independent automotive service center
- ASE certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must provide and maintain your own professional-grade tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying shop conditions throughout the day
- Willing to submit background check and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience preferred
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
