Job Summary
As an experienced garage door technician, you will travel in a company truck to customers’ homes to diagnose issues with garage doors and openers, build and present repair or replacement quotes during the appointment, and perform repairs or maintenance. Responsibilities include repairing various garage doors and openers, selecting safety- and performance-based solutions, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, managing the truck inventory and your schedule, and using Service Titan to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors
- Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
- Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
