Job Summary
Experienced Garage Door Technician responsible for traveling in a company truck to customers’ homes to diagnose garage door issues, present quotes for repairs or replacements, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Tasks include repairing various garage doors and openers, selecting optimal solutions for safety and performance, troubleshooting equipment, managing vehicle inventory and scheduling, and using Service Titan to share estimates and invoice customers. Preferred candidates have sales and customer service experience and are comfortable working in a team while receiving and giving feedback. Training and mentorship are provided, with a focus on pricing strategies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors is required
- Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
- Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
