Job Summary
Partner with plant leadership to recruit skilled manufacturing talent, sourcing candidates and managing full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to placement. Develop creative hiring strategies for high-volume industrial roles while building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Execute remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Manage multiple priorities with strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and solve workforce challenges. Must live in Mexico, speak fluent Spanish and English, and hold 3+ years of experience in automotive and manufacturing recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
- proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must live in Mexico
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
