Job Summary

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional abilities, then create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Maintain meticulous documentation of records and clinical outcomes adhering to state regulations. Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitative setting
  • Proficiency in current physical therapy techniques and modalities
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing comprehensive rehabilitation needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working with adult patients
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs
