Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and design tailored rehabilitation programs. Implement hands-on treatments using modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound while providing education on injury prevention. Track progress and document interventions to adjust treatment strategies, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for cohesive care plans. Manage comprehensive patient records and address conditions including back pain, arthritis, and post-surgical recovery. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in our outpatient facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association
- At least five years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and use of various modalities for pain management and rehabilitation
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with reporting software for tracking patient outcomes
