Job Summary
Experienced Front of the House/Hospitality Manager to lead Ted’s Montana Grill’s guest-centric service in a chef-driven, sustainable restaurant. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction, delivering honest feedback, driving performance improvement and career development for team members, upholding operational excellence standards, and influencing sales and profitability. The role emphasizes leadership, accountable management of P&L, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality and Big Sky Moments for guests.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management
- Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
- Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
- High School or equivalent
- Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
