Experienced Foreperson

Experienced Foreperson responsible for leading earthwork and utility construction efforts, including GPS-controlled equipment operation, alignment and grading tasks, pipe work, and daily field coordination. Must acquire tools, set up daily operations, guide operators, ensure grade accuracy, perform concrete finishing, set up pipe laser, check grades, and manage pipe installations while supporting site safety and compliance. Prior landfill construction experience and GPS-controlled equipment proficiency preferred; travel to project sites in the Bedford, VA area and Harrisburg, PA area required.
