Job Summary
Experienced Foreperson leads earthwork and utility construction projects with a focus on landfill/sitework. Responsibilities include acquiring tools for daily operations, measuring distances from grade stakes, driving stakes, and staking alignment; bolting, nailing, and aligning forms; signaling equipment operators to align and position machinery to grade specifications; leveling earth to fine grade; mixing concrete; finishing freshly poured concrete; piping duties including setting up pipe lasers, cutting and prepping pipe, assembling connections, and checking slopes; erecting shoring and braces. Requires 5 years of Construction Operator/Laborer experience (preferred), English proficiency, day shift availability, and willingness to travel (100% preferred); on-site work location.
