Paralegal role supporting attorneys and managing foreclosure matters from referral through post-sale; conduct title searches and prepare foreclosure-related filings; assist with motion practice, discovery tasks, and MSJ/trial prep; coordinate efiling and scheduling; monitor milestones and deadlines in case management systems; assist with judgment preparation, sale coordination, deed preparation, and post-sale tasks including eviction as needed; requires 5+ years of Florida foreclosure experience, strong organizational and writing skills, and ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining client and court communications.
