Job Summary
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in assigned areas while operating buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and other floor care equipment. Perform floor stripping, waxing, and applying finishes or sealants to protect surfaces. Clean carpets using appropriate equipment as needed. Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals, maintain equipment in good working condition, and report issues. Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe while adhering to client site rules and company policies. This Full-Time 1st or 2nd Shift role requires prior floor care experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and includes benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, and supplemental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior floor care experience
- Knowledge of proper use of floor equipment and chemicals
- Ability to operate buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must follow all company safety guidelines
- Background check and E-Verify required
