Job Summary
Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects, applying sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, and penetrations. Remove and replace existing caulking as needed, properly preparing and cleaning surfaces before application to produce clean, consistent lines. Follow project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and all jobsite safety protocols while maintaining a clean work area. Must have previous finish caulking experience, ability to work safely from ladders and elevated areas, and comfort working outdoors in Florida weather. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required. Experienced subcontractors and crews encouraged to apply for steady work opportunities.
