Job Summary
Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects, applying sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, and penetrations. Remove and replace existing caulking as needed, properly prepare and clean surfaces before application to produce clean, consistent finished lines. Follow project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company safety protocols while maintaining a safe work area. Must have previous finish caulking experience, ability to work on active construction sites, and comfort working outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Experienced subcontractors and crews are also encouraged to apply.
