Job Summary
Structure deals in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies to drive sales increases. Manage and lead people while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Operate within a process-driven environment adhering to professional ethics, requiring a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pass criminal background checks and drug tests as part of the hiring process. This role offers full benefits including 401k with a 15% match, dental, health, vision, and life insurance, alongside paid vacation and training. Experience with Dealer Track or CUDL is preferred.

- Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Dealer Track, CUDL, F&I experience is a plus!
- We are a CDK Dealer, experience with this system preferred by not mandatory
