Job Summary
Drive attainment of financial services goals and objectives by making extended service contracts and protection programs available to customers through the menu selling process. Ensure deal documentation is complete using checklists and maintain customer satisfaction scores at company standards. Oversee financing document completion and act as the liaison between customers and lending institutions while adhering to all organizational guidelines and regulatory laws. Work closely with the sales team and attend weekly manager meetings to support organizational activities. This commission-based role offers a competitive pay plan of $150,000k+ annually, fair scheduling, and relocation assistance for an experienced Finance Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Finance Manager experience
- Must be a documented 1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must pass a drug and background check
